About Helene Kaplan P.T.

Helene Kaplan is a physical therapist with more than 25 years of experience. She has worked in hospitals, outpatient facilities, schools, and nursing homes. She was the Director of Physical Therapy at a rehabilitation center and instrumental in building the department as well.

Helene offers personalized "at-home" physical therapy services for those who are unable to leave their homes. Physical therapy is tailored to the patient's individual needs in the comfort and security of their home. Helene has been providing physical therapy to homebound patients for the last decade. Post surgical patients and those with decreased mobility, joint pain, poor balance or body weakness will benefit from Helene's treatments.

Mrs. Kaplan has a network of connections to other in-home providers, such as physicians, optometrists, podiatrists, orthotists and beauticians. She is also a nutrition consultant and can give advice on diet and lifestyle changes that will help with joint pain and fatigue.
